GLP-1 Shot Log is a private logbook for injections you have already been prescribed. These terms cover your use of the app and the Pro subscription.

1. What the app is

The app records what you enter and shows it back to you. It does not calculate a dose, suggest a dose, change a schedule on its own, or tell you what to do about anything you log. It is not a substitute for guidance from your prescriber.

GLP-1 Shot Log is a self-recorded log. It does not provide health advice or dosing guidance. Follow the plan your prescriber gave you.

2. Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.

3. Your data is yours

Everything you record stays on your device. You can export all of it as CSV or PDF at any time, and deleting the app deletes it. Keeping your own backups is your responsibility — we hold no copy and cannot restore anything for you.

4. Pro subscription

Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: $9.99 per month or $39.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices in other countries are set by Apple's regional pricing.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and again at each renewal.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel or manage it in your Apple ID settings, or from the one-tap link in the app's Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
If a free trial is not used in full, any unused part is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. We cannot issue them.

5. Free features

Logging shots, full history, reminders, dose plan, side effects, weight, CSV export and one medication stay free. We may change what a future version includes, but we will not take away access to data you have already recorded.

6. Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features. If the app is discontinued, it keeps working on devices where it is installed for as long as the operating system supports it, and your export remains available.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ICHIME COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them and the new version is published on this page. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.
